as requested. [by myself? haha :DD]

* i wish these were the exact words i have said during that day. read silently aa. not aloud. :) *

To Dr. Jose Paulo E. Campos, our school president, to Mr. Keith P. Jones, our Superintendent, to Engr. Lileth L. Cuaresma, our Program Director and Principal, to our guest Ms. Benazir Abdulwahid, to Sir Richard Chuachiaco, the President-nominee for RC Bagumbayan, to our beloved teachers, our dear parents, to our schoolmates, and to my fellow graduates, good morning.

This is the day we have been waiting for, or rather hated the most. Why I have said this? Because I have seen a statement saying when you’re a senior, you just wanted to go back being a freshman again. But because time has come, and our lives are about to set upon another journey, we need to pass this inevitable day. It’s hard, but we must.

When we start a day, we wake up with gladness on our faces. But thinking I’ll wake up and considering I won’t be with you, my happiness fades, and I started to think about the future ahead for each of us.

Thank you for giving me this privilege speaking to you all. With this, I can share with the world what our life here in high school has been. Also, I would like to Congratulate everyone for another achievement and a part history we have made, like another star in Hollywood’s Walk of Fame.

We started high school knowing that the whole scenario changes. The school, the classroom, the teachers, the schoolmates, and most especially, the classmates. A new atmosphere, isn’t it? But it didn’t stop us from exploring with the curiosity. We, then, made a milestone worth fulfilling, worth fighting for. We often laugh, cry, get angry, and mostly considering ourselves friends through thick and thin. We spent most of our times together, gossiping this and that, doing this and that. We have seen camaraderie and failures of our own, that strengthen us and gave us a new face to show the world saying, “Kaya n’yo ‘yon?” In times of doubt, we often ask each other about what to do. When there were problems, we comforted each other as our own siblings. These times made me feel free, loved, and blessed to have you guys.

Of course, if there are good, there are also bad. Even if it is hard to accept, most of us sometimes befriend others just to gain his or her trust, then stab him or her in the back. We can’t deny it. It is truly a discouraging matter, but it is a fact. It’s too hard to imagine a friend of yours doing that unto you, without feeling sorry for what they have done. But it is a part of competition; they have to be on to the lead, not knowing they started to break their relationships with one another. Also, there are persons who used your presence, your knowledge, and your values just for the sake of their own benefit. Even though you know it is happening, you just keep quiet.

Kaya salamat. Salamat sa lahat, at sorry. Sorry sa lahat ng hindi pagkakaintindihan, hindi pagkakaunawaan, at iba pa.

Anyway, I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who had been a part of my life:
* To Sir Jones who really appreciated me as who I really am, and what I can do;
* To Ma’am Cuari whose support came overflowing for us graduates;
* To our teachers, especially the trio, Ma’am Rogacion, Ma’am Alfonso, and Sir Castillo for the energetic laughs and sorrowful cries of our high school life;
* Sir Gregg, Sir Smiliy, Ma’am Kristine May, Sir B, Sir F, Ma'am Varron, and Ma’am Via, for the teaching wonders you demonstrated before us, and for the “barkada” side of yours;
* To our lovely Registrar in AIS, Ms. Beng, and Ms. Abby, Ms. Julie, Ms. Riza, and Sir Davey, the heroic teachers in ELC, for unendless support and craziness you have given us;
* To Mam Velasco, our Interact adviser, for continuous support in the service of Rotary;
* To our adviser Sirs Agustin and Castillo, for being supportive advisers towards us;
* To the schoolmates for the UNCONDITIONAL help, guidance, and wisdom as our ates and kuyas, and for being younger siblings with different attitude towards life;
* To my family for sharing their own to me: talents, support, love and everything they could give;
* To my classmates for their willingness to show who and what they are;
* * Cecille and Ivy. For being there. Just there. And for giving me the idea of how crazy high school life is.
* * MHENGS Anne, Camille, Neriz, Robin, Christie, Jezzali, Mikee, Angel, Patrick, Alden, Jason, Jevinson, JC, Gervic, Erick, Paul. For through thick and thin, you were there. And in times of what we have to do, you were still there. I just can’t explain through words, but you know. Vit water. :DD haha. Thanks guys.
* * Mongols Vanessa, Emman, Kinna, Venice, Gerber and Conrad. For giving us the memories that will surely be a part of our lifetime.

For everyone, thank you guys. ;)

After this, I might run out of words to say. Simple thank you would make everybody smile. And I hope that smile will never vanish as years go by, and until our reunion comes, may that smile will be visible on each of us. May we not forget where we came from, and what our Alma Mate, the Aguinaldo International School and Emilio Aguinaldo College Science High School, has molded us.

Thank you, and good day.
